· FrogDogs Australia only use and trust Australia Post for all our shipping needs.

· Unfortunately, were currently only shipping within Australia at this time- if you have a particular request feel free to get in touch and we will do our best to help you out as best as we can.

· All orders are shipped with fully tracked shipping within 2 business days of purchase. All parcels are lodged with customer phone numbers, so keep an eye out for the SMS messages confirming your shipment!

· Pick up is ONLY available within the COOKTOWN town limits

 REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 ·No refunds or exchanges will be given for change of mind.

· If you have sizing issues, please get in touch within 14 days of your purchase – as long as your goods are in “unworn, tags attached condition” were more than happy to exchange the size for you.
